The outstanding balance will be due 48hours before your booking date.<\/p><p>A\u00a0security deposit\u00a0is also charged upon your booking, which is refunded up to 48 hours after your checkout date.<\/p><p>Security deposit rates are;<\/p><p>\u00a325 per canvas tent booking.<\/p><p>\u00a3200 for exclusive hire of glamping area only<\/p><p>\u00a350 for private hire of roundhouse only\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a3250 for entire site booking<\/p><p>Please read the INFORMATION mindfully\u2026.<\/p><p>Deposits will be taken if the following instructions are not taken care of;<\/p><p>(Please note if we need to charge more to cover costs, this will be charged from the same cardholder who paid the deposit)\u00a0<\/p><p>Cancellations\u00a0<\/p><p>*Cancellations or no shows within 48 hours of reservations we will charge the full amount of your booking.<\/p><p>You have an option upon booking to take out an insurance to cover you for the above, incase for any reason you are no longer able to make your trip.<\/p><p>Noise and disruption\u00a0<\/p><p>*We\u2019re located at a high altitude, where winds are carried for miles around.\u00a0<\/p><p>Because of this sound travel we cannot accept the following on site;<\/p><p>Large speakers, only very small portable speakers please.<\/p><p>No running car engines, or car speakers<\/p><p>Generators\u00a0<\/p><p>Flares<\/p><p>Whistles<\/p><p>Fireworks<\/p><p>Rubbish\u00a0<\/p><p>Rubbish MUST be taken home with you. We are a wild site so no general waste bins operate in that area. (Please be mindful of what you are bringing, as you have to take all your rubbish back with you)<\/p><p>Open doors and windows<\/p><p>*TAKE care before leaving to zip up correctly ALL your doors, fly nets and windows!\u00a0<\/p><p>we are exposed to RAIN, ANIMALS, INSECTS!\u00a0<\/p><p>We are lucky to be upon high grounds, purely for the view, overlooking an abundance of meadows and rolling fields, which also means we are exposed to the elements. If you zip up, then no animals, insects or rain can take up residence or flood the tents.\u00a0<\/p><p>Removing\/moving furniture etc.<\/p><p>*KEEP all furniture and Furnishings INSIDE the tents and areas. As you found them.<\/p><p>If you would like to bring bean bags, picnic blankets or camping chairs to sit on, please do.<\/p><p>We provide log seats only.<\/p><p>Damages or \u201clost\u201d property\u00a0<\/p><p>*We know accidents, do happen!
